It was formed on November 1, 2015, renamed from the personal computer and printer divisions of the original Hewlett-Packard Company, with that company’s enterprise product and business services divisions becoming Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The split was structured so that Hewlett-Packard changed its name to HP Inc. and spun off Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a new publicly traded company.
Huawei
Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is a Chinese multinational technology corporation. It designs, develops, produces and sells telecommunications equipment, as well as consumer electronics and various smart devices.
The corporation initially focused on manufacturing phone switches, Huawei has expanded its business to include building telecommunications networks, providing operational and consulting services and equipment to enterprises inside and outside of China, and manufacturing communications devices for the consumer market.

Lenovo
Lenovo Group Limited, often shortened to Lenovo, is an American Chinese multinational technology company specializing in designing, manufacturing, and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, business solutions, and related services. Products manufactured by the company include desktop computers, laptops, tablet computers, smartphones, workstations, servers, supercomputers, electronic storage devices, IT management software, and smart televisions. MSI
Micro-Star International Co. Ltd is a Taiwanese multinational information technology corporation headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan. It designs, develops and provides computer hardware, related products and services, including laptops, desktops, motherboards, graphics cards, All-in-One PCs, servers, industrial computers, PC peripherals, car infotainment products, etc.
The company has a primary listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and was established on August 4, 1986 by 5 founders – Hsu Xiang (a.k.a. Joseph Hsu),[citation needed] Huang Jinqing (a.k.a. Jeans Huang), Lin Wentong (a.k.a. Frank Lin), Yu Xian’nengyu (a.k.a. Kenny Yu),[citation needed] and Lu Qilong (a.k.a. Henry Lu).[citation needed] First starting its business in New Taipei City, Taiwan, MSI later expanded into China, setting up its Bao’an Plant in Shenzhen in 2000 and establishing research and development facilities in Kunshan in 2001.
